A key component of Leadership Tompkins is the Community Action Projects. This gives participants a chance to begin making a difference in the community right away, while developing an appreciation for the work required to envision and bring about change.
Projects are selected by the participants themselves, based on their interests, passions, skills, community need, desire for growth experiences. The stated goals of the CAPs are to:
