Kickoff Retreat (mandatory for all participants)This two-day event will be held in late September this year. The second day will include a "social hour" to network with the Leadership Tompkins Advisory Board.

Scheduled Sessions This monthly event is generally held the second Thursday of every month, October to June, 8:30am-4:30pm [unless otherwise stated]. Scheduled sessions are mandatory for all participants, with allowance for unavoidable absences as cleared with the facilitator in advance.
Program topics are selected based on the issues that are relevant to community leaders "in real time", sometimes requiring changes to our planned agenda to respond to a currently important topic.

The graduation dinner is held the second Thursday of June in the evening. A cash bar is available during the cocktail hour. Each participant is invited to bring two guests to the celebration to share in their personal and professional accomplishments. The evening includes a brief review of the Community Action Projects completed, and awarding of the Leadership Tompkins Certificate of Completion. It is the class' last opportunity to network, relax and be together as a group.
